The California Bowl The order people talk about most is the Rainbow Bowl with extra salmon and a taro boba next to it. You pick a base of white, sushi or brown rice, then two proteins, then work down the toppings. SOURCE: Listed as the signature bowl: crab, edamame, pineapple.
Bubble Fresh is one of the newer places in town, sitting on Burbank Road doing poke bowls and bubble tea out of the same shop. It is a build-your-own setup: base, proteins, then toppings. Open every day until eight.
