You do not pay anything and you do not get to approve the write-up first. That is the whole point of it being worth reading. What you do get is honest coverage of your food from someone who was actually in your dining room.

We are not interested in tearing places down. If somewhere is genuinely bad we would rather not run it than write a hit piece on a small business. But we are not going to invent praise either.
